So many of us believe that eating healthy or “dieting” has to be boring. Not at all! MIX IT UP. If it fits into your macronutrient (protein/carbs/fat) guidelines for the day, you will be okay. You can even squeeze in a few non-“clean” foods here and there without it effecting your weight loss. PROTEIN is my (And Needs to be YOUR) TOP PRIORITY in EVERY meal/snack.

Here are some examples of satisfying meals I’ve eaten throughout in the past few weeks:
As you can see, I use a lot of the same ingredients over and over again to make different meals/snacks. Sometimes less variety is the best way to go!
My 3 kitchen staples are: Egg whites, eggs, cottage cheese. There is so much you can do with these and so many ways to experiment!
Start having some fun cleaning up your diet and find alternatives to the foods you crave!
