Truth. This is your opportunity to be part of a group workout that is as much fun as being a kid again! Maybe more since you can probably drive yourself! You can burn 800-1000 calories in 45 minutes while GETTING SEXY, making friends, and being motivated. Did I mention having FUN!!
SO, Why should you join a bootcamp? What’s sooo different? What’s so great?
First. These types of workouts help you to lose weight much more quickly than tired old cardio routines. In fact most people realize significant results in a matter of weeks rather than months.
Next. The workouts are always changing but without being overly complicated (you will never need to learn, downward braying donkey half wheels… Promise!) The workouts are structured to allow you to work to your ability, while continually being challenged and motivated to achieve the right kinds of results.
Additionally. Unlike other workouts, our bootcamps provide you with fun and exciting variety, solid structure, and intense focus. Which means the likelihood of achieving your goals and getting a great looking body is seriously increased. Reason 4 – Bootcamps designed by Imprint Fitness utilize HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, this form of cardio is just as it says, shorter bursts of higher intensity work followed by slightly longer, lower intensity work or even rest periods. This is one reason you will consistently feel challenged. A guessing body is a challenged body! Challenge = Change!!
Stronger Bones. Body weight exercise is a form of strength or resistance training. You’re working against some form of resistance — your own body weight, — to stress a sequence of muscles and bones. Strength training at least twice a week, according to the surgeon general, is needed to stimulate bone growth and increase bone density.
Finally. Bootcamp workouts fit easily into daily routines. Even if you lead a very hectic lifestyle just doing HIIT for 30 minutes twice a week can help to burn off 800-1000 calories per workout. Whereas the more common types of workouts recommended would actually require you to exercise for considerably longer every day in order to achieve the same results.
