Might as well be dessert, Ice Creamy&Crunchy, almost perfect macro-nutrient breakdown breakfast.
Here’s what you need:
2/3 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon almond milk
1/2 scoop whey protein powder
1/3 Quaker Oatmeal Squares or similar cereal
1 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
Mix greek yogurt with cottage cheese. Add half scoop of whey protein (I used chocolate peanut butter flavored) and almond milk. Mix together and let sit in freezer for 10-15 minutes. Top with raspberries and cereal. Melt 1 tablespoon nut butter in micro for 20 seconds, pour on top and devour.
