7. Celebration - even the little victories and minor progress toward a strong, fit and healthy you deserve some hoopla.
Rewards and celebrations are an important part of successful change!
Give yourself plenty of pats on the back just for moving a step closer to your goal.
Gold stars on the calendar aren’t just for kids anymore!
Be proud of your accomplishments, don’t let minor setbacks derail your progress!!
Hang in there! You’ve got what it takes, I’ll see you in the gym!
