So, here we are, back again for Day 5, remember I will give you one tip per day to help you “C” your way to permanent change!
5. Comfort - making your way through tough times and heavy workloads with relaxation,
or even pampering.
Change is hard work and can be stressful even when it is a positive change.
When you are trying to do things differently, you need to rest and recharge your internal batteries. Your body is an amazing system and will adapt readily as long as it has a chance to recuperate. Take time to read a book, to take a nap, to play with the kids or just to do nothing.
