Day 4 – “C” ing Your Way To Change

So, here we are, Day 4, remember I will give you one tip per day to help you “C” your way to permanent change!
4. Courage for new adventures and everyday challenges.
There is no way around it. It takes courage to make a change.
There are many ways to find the courage you need. You can draw from friends or family; take inspiration from people overcoming against all odds; or find strength in faith and prayer. No matter were you draw your strength from, you must have follow through. If you have or find the courage to make a change there will, undoubtedly, be some who seek to test that courage.
Stand firm, we all need to evolve throughout our lives, sometimes it’s just a tweak here and there.
Sometimes, we emerge as brand new!
Having true courage is one of the best things you can do for yourself and for the ones you love.
